Disconnection Error
Hi
I'm running an InfoWater model v12.4 update #3. When running a simulation the model stops around 75% with the following error:
System disconnected at run time: 73:13
** Run failed due to disconnection error **
Just looking for suggestions/ideas to look at to resolve the error. Thanks for the help.

If you get a disconnected error, it generally means that supply is cut off and certain areas cannot satisfy the demands which causes EPANET (the hydraulic engine) to crash. Often times this is caused by tanks filling 100% full or going 0% full as this causes the connected pipes to the tank to get "temporarily closed" by the EPANET engine.
Put all your tanks in the domain and do a tank group graph and set to percent full. Look for tanks going 100% or 0% full.
Also make sure that you use a full status text run report and have "generate warning messages" checked as this is most helpful in troubleshooting a run issue like this:

We would strongly recommend you update to the latest version of InfoWater 12.4 update 4 though as update 3 had a few known issues that were resolved in update 4.
