Modeling groundwater wells with a single-point pump

I'm having issues modeling my client's system. The system is based on individual groundwater wells that are controlled based on tank settings.

I have input the data into the model and the model runs on steady state. When I run an EPS, I only get through the first 4 hours before I receive the following error message, "WARNING: Pump WPMP_2 closed due to its inability to deliver head".

I modeled the groundwater well by subtracting the static head from the pump setting and then adding that elevation to the existing ground elevation. Am I doing this incorrect? And if so, how should I model this?

    Thanks

The message looks like a warning message. Did the pump get closed after 4 hours?
