    ICM - Limit Flow in a pipe

    I am currently building a new stormwater pipe with fixed length and gradient. Due to some reasons, i have to limit the flow inside the pipe. Say the pipe capacity from the ICM default calculation is 40m3/s, i wanna limit it to 30m3/s.

    Any method???

    Dummy orifice with limiting discharge. That's the easy bit. The harder bit is why, and how does this represent reality?
