Direct Rainfall Modelling in CS

Anyone can provide the detail procedure on direct rainfall to the 2D mesh?
Everything are OK before i set the 2D mesh is "apply rainfall etc directly to mesh elements".
After i clicked the option, then i got simulation fail and found a fatal error 1051"Invalid number of rainfall-runoff polygons in 2d zone dd read from 2d network file (value 0 < 1)." Anyone know about the error?
