Hi Stewart,
It appears that the Time Track button on the graph report when enabled will label the corresponding y-value or values (on multiple graphs) together with a vertical black line highlighting the simulation timestep (x-axis). The label value(s) together with the vertical line will automatically update when you move the time selector on the Model Explorer window. The update will apply to all graph reports.
