    Lightbulb Innovyze Blog: How to fix an InfoSewer or InfoSWMM model that will not initialize

    We often get users who call the Support help line who are having difficulties initializing their InfoSewer or InfoSWMM model because the Purple Initialize arrow (for InfoSWMM) or the Yellow Initialize arrow (for InfoSewer) is greyed out and they cannot initialize their model.
