Saving a model

hi all,


i have imported a shape file and converted all to pipes and added all the nodes. Now i want to save the model but i dont know how, is there any way to save so i can re-open it anytime ??

Hi Ahmed,

Yes there is. I am not sure, which model software package you are in, but I will guess you are using InfoWater, but its nearly identical in all of the Innovyze products.

The two ways to save would be as follows:
1) Use the Save Icon. This icon looks like a floppy disk (if you know what those are).
-> The save icon looks like this ->Save Icon.PNG

2) The second method is to select the Save option in the file menu. Select the "File from the menu and choose the Save option.
a) for InfoWater it is in the ArcGIS top menus (not the InfoWater menus) under File -> Save
