infoWATER; DemandAllocation: Duty & Scaling NOT posting to DemandSet

The WaterDuty & AllocationScaleFactor doesn't seem to work as per Help or User Manual

All that gets saved (posted) to the demand set is the original results achieved using the WaterDuty & AllocationScaleFactor values which existed BEFORE the Allocate Demand button was clicked.

When the Allocation Report & Water Duty Calculator is presented:

1. Changing the WaterDuty value does indeed change the AllocDemand & TotalDemand values but the new values don't seem to get saved to the DemandSet when OK is clicked, and
2. Changing the AllocationScalingFactor value does NOT change the AllocDemand & TotalDemand values

See attached. The values that got posted are just the 4.73 Demand (ie with the original values of 1.0 for WaterDuty & AcclocationScaleFactor) and NOT the AllocDemand (9.46) nor the more correct value of 18.92 calculated with the New WaterDuty & AllocationScaleFactor values (of 2.0) each.

Am I doing something wrong or missing something? Anybody have similar experiece or [polite <grin>] advice?
