    Question infoWATER mult-FIREFLOW. Error 1002

Anyone know what this means, where to find a list of errors, and how to fix it:

"Error 1002: invalid memory data application
    Multiple Fire-Flow computation fails.
    Analysis ended Tue Jan 20 09:16:46 2015"

    Ordinary EPS run ok.
    Ordinary FIRE run ok.

    Thanks in anticipation.

Could you please send us (support@innovyze.com) the model in order for us to reproduce the error? Thanks!

    Hi Shawn
Thanks. Problem as now gone away.. and I have moved on. [annoyingly I don't know what I did to acheive same... and I hadn't saved a specific copy straight after the prob showed-up].
Multi FHs now working ok again..... but would be nice to have the formal description of ERROR 1002 included in the HELP.
    Cheers.

    Hi Stewart,

When it comes to memory error, it is very likely to be random and quite challenging to isolate the issue. To cope with this kind of errors, I first delete .out folder and rerun the simulation. If the error still exists, I have no solution except hand it over to the development.
