ICM dongle

Hi,

I am trying to use ICM in a different laptop but I am having problems with the dongle. It seems as the dongle is not correctly recognized,..like if a firewall/antivirus/usb port configuration is blocking the correct access.

So when I try to open ICM, the message "Dongle not found" appears.

Has anyone had a similar problem?
