Simple SQL

Hi guys, Relatively New to ICM... I am using selection lists to idnetify inflow points, however only point flows from nodes are highlighted. I would like the river reach also hightlighted also where the lateral inflows are.

Is there a simple SQL taht will highlight all within a list ?
