Is there any standard approach to modelling drop kerbs when doing 2d overland flow modelling?

I've dropped my road surface by 150mm using a mesh zone. Just wondering how to account for the drop kerbs.

Too much detail? I can't see much alternative to tiny mesh zones for each one :(

A mesh level zone would be the only way that I can think of to do this.

Do you really need to modell these drop kerbs so precisely ? I'd say it depends on the area of your 2D zone. You may wanna make your model to precise and to complex. I agree with Duncan and Kristian : lots of tiny mesh level zones would be the only solution I can think of. But it'a lot of work and you might want to think seriously about the necessity of modelling them before doing it. It will make your model quite complexe and difficult to run.

By the way, what's your source of ground modell ? isn't it good enough to represent roads and drop kerbs without adding so many mesh zones to your model ?
