I'm looking for a way to identify surveyed data (Flags : SC SF SI ...) from a large sewer model in ICM 6.0.5. It was originally a cs model.

The problem (I think) will come when an element, a link for example, has several different flags. The SQL would have to select links with at least one surveyed flags.

something like..

cycle through model links/nodes

if there is a flag sc sf si

SET user_number_1=1

SELECT WHERE user_number_1=1

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi James,

We are going to request that this post be moved to the WasteWater forum so that it has the best chance to be seen by folks who could most likely assist you since this involves a sewer model using ICM and is not water related.

We just wanted to let you know that it will be moved shortly.

You should be able to get what you want with the flag.value field. For example, the following can be applied to All Links and sets the user number 1 to 1 if there is a flag SC, SF or SI for that link.

SET user_number_1=1 WHERE flags.value='SC';
SET user_number_1=1 WHERE flags.value='SF';
SET user_number_1=1 WHERE flags.value='SI';

You can then do similar with nodes and then use a theme or select query to show which links/nodes have a user number 1 equal to 1.

Alternatively, if you use the following for All Links:-

This will select those links with a 'SC' flag. You could use the OR command to select other flags too.
