We often get users who call the Support help line who are having difficulties initializing their InfoSewer or InfoSWMM model because the Purple Initialize arrow (for InfoSWMM) or the Yellow Initialize arrow (for InfoSewer) is greyed out and they cannot initialize their model.

Nice blog and video, Patrick. I just wanted to add this image which shows all of the toolbars in InfoWater, InfoSewer, InfoMaster and InfoSWMM145
