    Import from Epanet

I have a model which runs OK in Epanet that I am trying to import into Infowater. The import process stops at 31% and eventually times out. Does anyone know what causes this? Presumably I will have to edit the Epanet .INP file but I've no idea what to look for. All suggestions gratefully received!

    Hi Peter (PWS1),

It is difficult to say what is occurring, but it sounds like there may be an issue with the EPANET file that is causing difficulties. We recommend that you email us your EPANET .INP file over to and we can investigate what is occurring to assist you.

When you send it can you please include the following

    1) Reference this forum post
    2) What spatial projection you are using (if you want your model to have this defined)
    3) What version of InfoWater and ArcGIS you are currently using (found in the help - about menus)
    4) a screen capture of your import from EPANET settings you are currently using

    Thank you.

How many links does the EPANET has, and how many links does you infoWater license allows to? Maybe you have a higher number of elements
